At Baltimore Container Sales, we offer container delivery, pickup, or relocation services for the convenience of our customers.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery, pickup, or relocation site is safe, accessible, and suitable for heavy equipment operations.
By scheduling delivery or pickup services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
The site has adequate space, clearance, and ground stability for container placement
Access roads and entry points are suitable for heavy trucks and equipment
The site is free from unsafe conditions including soft ground, steep slopes, low overhead obstacles, underground hazards, or restricted access points
The customer accepts responsibility for any damage that may occur to:
Driveways, sidewalks, curbs, or road surfaces
Landscaping, irrigation systems, underground utilities, or septic systems
Buildings, fencing, vehicles, structures, or surrounding property
except in cases involving gross negligence or willful misconduct by Baltimore Container Sales.
Standard delivery and pickup appointments include up to 30 minutes of on-site service time.
Additional on-site time beyond the included service window may be billed at a rate of $150 per hour in full-hour increments.
For safety reasons, the delivery driver reserves the right to refuse delivery, pickup, or relocation services if site conditions are considered unsafe or inaccessible.
Unsafe conditions may include, but are not limited to:
Risk of the truck becoming stuck or damaged
Limited maneuvering space or tight clearances
Uneven, unstable, or soft terrain
Obstacles, overhead hazards, or unsafe surroundings
A refusal based on safety concerns shall not be considered a breach of contract or service agreement.
If a scheduled delivery, pickup, or relocation cannot be completed due to customer-related issues or unsuitable site conditions:
A dry run fee equal to the original quoted delivery or pickup charge may apply
Additional delivery or pickup attempts will be billed separately
The customer agrees to cover any towing, recovery, or extraction expenses resulting from unsafe or inaccessible site conditions
